Terms and Conditions for Family Ties Inn – Lodge & Restaurant
1. Introduction
Welcome to Family Ties Inn, a premium lodge and restaurant in Bagamoyo. By accessing our services, booking accommodations, or dining at our restaurant, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservations & Bookings
Room Reservations: Guests must book through our website, phone, or in person. A valid ID is required at check-in.
Advance Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. The balance is payable at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
48 hours before check-in – Free cancellation
Less than 48 hours – 50% of the total amount will be charged
No-show – 100% charge applies
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
3. Restaurant Policies
Table Reservations: Recommended for large groups. Walk-ins are welcome.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.
Outside Food & Beverages: Not allowed unless approved by management.
Service Charge: A 10% service charge applies to dining bills.
4. Payment & Refunds
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
5. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
Noise Levels: Guests must maintain a quiet environment from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Damages: Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.
Pets: Allowed in designated areas only.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Family Ties Inn is not responsible for loss of valuables. Use in-room safes for security.
Guests use facilities at their own risk.
7. Amendments & Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
